The Power of Social Enterprise
Social enterprises are more than just businesses—they’re mission-driven solutions to social challenges.
By using a sustainable business model, social enterprises generate revenue while creating real, lasting impact in a community. Instead of funneling profits to owners or shareholders, they reinvest earnings into the people they serve. This isn’t just charity—it’s a way to drive long-lasting change.
At Wear Gloves, we believe in the power of work to restore dignity and transform lives. Supportive employment isn’t just about a paycheck—it’s about confidence, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose. Rather than offering handouts, we create opportunities for people to break cycles of dependency and take meaningful steps forward.
But the need for work is greater than what we can currently provide. Right now, 80 people are on our waiting list—ready to work, ready to move forward, ready for a fresh start. To meet this growing demand, we’re expanding our Dignity Center with a new building, creating more opportunities than ever. Still, more manufacturing partners are needed to make sure no one eager for a fresh start is left waiting.
By partnering with Wear Gloves, your business gains access to a reliable labor force while playing a vital role in breaking cycles of dependency and restoring dignity through work. This collaboration not only helps people transition into stable employment but also strengthens our community as a whole.
